Think of it like an insurance policy for your website. Not only will you have a team of WordPress experts available 24/7/365 but we’ll make sure your website is up-to-date, secured against hackers, and always improving.
That depends on how much help you need. Each plan has a limit on the number of hours our experts are available to you. We’ll let you know as soon as you’ve reached your limit and, if you think you need more help, you can purchase additional hours or upgrade your plan to the next tier.
WebCare Support is based on a monthly cycle. Every month, WebCare hours reset and do not roll into the following month. When a task is submitted and there are no hours available, it’s placed in a pending status until the cycle renews. You can also purchase additional WebCare hours for time-sensitive tasks.
We take security very seriously and implement a laundry list of precautions to prevent such an attack. However, in the unlikely event that your website is compromised, we do charge a modest $100 service fee to clean the malware from your website and restore what was lost. This is a significant savings compared to paying a-la-carte for similar services from other providers.
We have you covered with two options. You can either upgrade your plan to the next tier or you can purchase additional hours if you don’t think you’ll need the added hours on a recurring basis.
We do everything we can to make it as easy as possible for you to get support. All of our support clients have a UX Studio Dashboard Widget installed. From there, you can click the support ticket button for assistance or send a direct email, any time, to email@example.com.
This doesn’t happen very often, but when it does, we’ll replace the plugin with a better, more supported alternative. Changing a plugin does involve migrating data, re-integration, and testing, so we’ll have to provide a separate quote for this work.
Our support hours are 9am – 5pm ET, however, we’re available 24/7/365 for critical tasks that need immediate attention.
